We use TeamSnap for registration, schedules, and team communication. Families will receive instructions for accessing their team information before the season.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes, if your player wants to play and our pricing is a hurdle, please contact us at info@playelevatesports.org. We will have a set number of scholarships available each season.
What should she wear and bring?
Bring:
- Athletic clothes
- Sneakers or cleats (no metal spikes)
- A water bottle
- A jacket on chilly January mornings
Optional: a mouthguard, gloves, and a concussion halo. Leave jewelry at home.
Is equipment provided?
Yes. Every player gets an Elevate jersey, and we provide flags and footballs for every practice and game.
What if she misses a Sunday?
No problem. Let her coach know through TeamSnap. There are no make-up sessions, and she’ll jump right back in the next week.

- Through December 20, 2026: full refund of the registration fee.
- December 21, 2026 – January 9, 2027: registration fee refunded minus any uniform costs already committed for your player and payment processing fees that are not returned.
- Beginning January 10, 2027: no refunds for voluntary withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, or missed practices and games.
See the full Cancellation & Refund Policy, including injury, hardship, and weather.
Is this competitive or recreational?
Both. We keep score, play to win, and finish with Tournament Day. Every player plays at least half of every game, beginners are welcome, and the focus is on getting better and having fun.
How many girls per team, and how much does she play?
Up to 10 players per team, so everyone rotates in during 5-on-5 games. Everyone will play at least half of the game.
Do families need to volunteer?
No volunteering is required. We’d love extra hands at the Jamboree and Tournament Day, and we’ll share sign-ups in TeamSnap.
Can siblings in different divisions play at the same time?
All three divisions play back to back on the same field each Sunday:
- 3rd–4th grade: 10am – 12pm
- 5th–6th grade: 11am – 1pm
- 7th–8th grade: 12pm – 2pm
Siblings in neighboring divisions overlap for an hour, so families with two players are at the field for about three hours.
How are teams formed?
At the opening Sunday Jamboree, coaches see each player’s skill level and form balanced teams.
How do I become a coach?
Elevate coaches are trained and mentored through the Women’s Coaching Alliance. Apply on WCA’s website.
