About Elevate

Elevate is an all-girls flag football league for grades 3–8, led by women coaches trained and mentored by the Women’s Coaching Alliance. Our first season launches at Stanford in January 2027.

Build the game around the girls

We’re building Elevate around what girls need from sports: good coaching, meaningful competition, and a team they want to be part of. For our players, that starts with learning the game: running routes, making catches, and working together as a team. We want girls to enjoy competing, take pride in getting better, and finish the season wanting to play again.

“I need to step aside and women need to coach flag football.”

The Women’s Coaching Alliance

WCA develops young women into leaders through coaching, mentorship, and community support. Its Coach Today, Lead for Life™ program helps participants build the skills and experience to lead in sports, school, and their careers.

That’s central to Elevate’s purpose. Alongside developing players, we’re investing in the women who coach them.

Launching with Stanford

Our long-term ambition is to bring Elevate to more university communities, building on what we learn from players, families, and coaches at Stanford.
