For players and families
The Elevate experience
A good season gives your player something to look forward to each week: a team that knows her, a coach she can look up to, and the chance to put new skills into play.
We want her to finish the season eager to play the next one.
For the players
What girls can expect
Girls play in grade-based divisions, with instruction suited to their age and experience. Beginners have room to learn, and returning players have opportunities to develop their game.
Learn the game
Build the fundamentals of passing, catching, and flag pulling, then learn how positioning and decisions shape a play.
Find her voice on the field
Call for a pass, contribute in the huddle, and encourage a teammate. Communication becomes part of how she plays.
A coach to look up to
Learn from a young woman who models preparation, leadership, and respect. Her coach gives her an example of who she might become.
Enjoy being part of the team
Make friends through shared practices and games. Enjoy the first catch, the well-timed pass, and the moments a team celebrates together.

For families
Help make it a great season
Your encouragement matters. Cheer for effort and teamwork, respect officials, and give coaches space to lead.
At the opening session, we’ll introduce families to the league and what to expect on the sidelines. TeamSnap will be your source for schedules, field information, and weather updates.
Family resources will be shared before the season begins.
The coaches
Prepared to coach and supported to lead
WCA prepares coaches to teach young players and lead a team. Training begins before the season, and mentorship continues throughout it. Coaches put that preparation into practice every Sunday.
